Step 2:  Wait for acceptance of booth 

(Note: Filling this form does not automatically grant acceptance into the festival)

Step 3: Pay for your booth to secure your spot

Step 4: You are responsible for obtaining correct City permits and licenses from the City of Long Beach Business License Permit department and Health Department.

IMPORTANT

  • Food vendors need health permits AND one day special event vendor permits. 

  • Anyone selling anything will need a one day special event vendor permit from the City of Long Beach.

  • Be advised that we do not provide canopies, tables or chairs, vendors are responsible to provide own setup for the day.

  • All canopies are mandatory to be staked (tied to the ground) for safety reasons.

  • Electricity will be provided for ALL food vendors, but only upon request for other retail/business/non-profit vendors.

  • Layout for festival and load-in instructions will be sent out the week prior to the event.
